Are there any shipping charges applicable to my order?
We have standard shipping charges. A flat charge of INR 70 is applied to all orders below INR 500, while there is free shipping for all orders above INR 499 on Cossouq.
What should I do if I miss my delivery?
We understand that you cannot wait at your delivery address all the time and therefore we will try to deliver your order three times, each attempt on a consecutive day. So if you missed your delivery please don't worry, we will retry again.
What do I do in cases of failed delivery?
In case of a failed delivery, you can write us a mail at [email protected] for any help. We will make sure to resolve your query within 48 business hours.
How will I track my order?
You can track your order as soon as it is shipped. To know the status of your order real time, just tap on the tracking link in the email sent to you.
How many days it will take to deliver?
It takes 5-7 business days to deliver the order.
I have not received my product yet?
Orders might take a bit longer period due to some unforseen reasons. Meanwhile, you can also track your order from the email sent on your registered email address for checking the real time status.

I need a copy of my invoice for my order placed with Cossouq. How do I go about it?
1) You will receive a copy of your invoice via email after placing the order on Cossouq.
2) You can also click on "My Orders" section, then click on "View Order Details" of the specific order for which you require the invoice & click on "Print Order" option to generate the copy of your invoice.
3) You will also get the hard copy of your invoice inside the box when you receive your order.
Will all the products be shipped out together?
We try to ship all products of an order together. However, sometimes few products of an order may get dispatched from different locations. If so, we might ship some products out first and ship the remaining in a separate shipment to ensure that you don't wait even a minute longer than you have to. We will notify you each time a shipment is dispatched or it is out for delivery; so that you can track it till we knock on your door.
Do I have to be present in-person to receive my order?
We recommend that you receive the order yourself to ensure complete satisfaction. If you are not present, the parcel will be delivered to the person available and this can be confirmed by our delivery executive on a call with you.
What are the various statuses an order can have?
The various statuses are:
Confirmed: This means that an order has been placed and the confirmation has been sent to you.
Shipped: This means that your order is packed and dispatched.
Delivered: This means that the order has been delivered to you.
